Independent research over a three and one-half year period combined with data and analysis from the 2015 Diary of Consumer Payment Choice shows that 98.2% of consumers decline the cash discount when a Cash Discount program is offered and choose to use their credit card. The other 1.8% used cash and took advantage of the offered discount.  More significantly, the research demonstrates that businesses that implemented Cash Discount programs saw NO DECREASES in transaction volumes or quantities.  In other words, they did not lose any customers or business.  Data supporting these findings can be found in the Resources tab.

Krullstone Partners Birmingham has rolled out their "game changing" new Zero Fee Cash Discount program to eliminate all credit card-related processing fees for our clients.  With the Supreme Court ruling in 2017, it is now possible for businesses to offer this cash back program in all 50 states.
